研究成果
饮用水安全事关百姓健康,消毒副产物(Disinfection byproducts, DBPs)是影响饮用水安全的重要因素之一。近年来,申请人围绕饮用水风险识别及防控的前沿科学问题,在新型DBPs的分析鉴定、形成过程及代谢机制等方面取得系统创新成果:建立了负电加氢高灵敏质谱分析方法,发现了饮用水新型DBPs卤代醌;探明了其主要前驱物及形成机制,建立了定量预测饮用水中卤代醌浓度及风险的数学模型;揭示卤代醌与谷胱甘肽结合的代谢致毒机制,其细胞毒性比常规DBPs高1000倍以上。在本领域重要国际期刊ES&T、Water Res、Anal Chem等发表SCI论文22篇,2017年入选浙江大学“百人计划”。
