个人简介
1964年生,教授(博士)、博导,主要从事资源环境遥感监测、评价、规划及其信息系统研制研究。浙江大学农业遥感与信息技术应用研究所所长,农业遥感与信息技术学科负责人,国家“十一五”农村信息化重大建设项目专家组成员,国家农业信息工程技术中心客座研究员,中国遥感应用学会常务理事,浙江省遥感中心副主任,浙江省土地学会副理事长,浙江省土肥学会常务理事。主持完成多项国家和省部级课题,作为主要完成人获国家科技进步三等奖、农业部和浙江省科技进步二等奖各一项。国内外发表论文50余篇,是面向21世纪统编教材“农业资源信息系统”的主编之一。现主持国家科技支撑、国家“863”、国家自然科学基金等国家级课题多项,主持“土地利用遥感调查”、“土地利用总体规划”、“土地集约利用评价”等大量横向课题。
