个人简介
浙江大学农业信息科学与技术中心主任兼首席科学家,浙江省农业遥感与信息技术重点研究实验室主任,浙江大学农业遥感与信息技术应用研究所所长。兼任中国自然资源学会理事,中国地理学会环境遥感分会理事,中国草学会草地资源与利用专业委员会常务理事,江苏省信息农业高技术重点实验室学术委员会委员,国家农业信息化工程技术研究中心客座研究员,《农业工程学报》和《遥感技术与应用》编委等。主持和参加各类项目二十余项,获国家科技进步二等奖一项(参加人),省部级科技进步二等奖2项(排名第二和第四)、三等奖3项(排名第二2次、第一1次)、四等奖1项(排名第一)等。已发表论文90余篇,其中EI收录13篇。编著出版《水稻遥感估产》、《冬小麦气象卫星综合遥感》、《草地遥感》、《中国农业气象文献目录》、《农牧业生产模拟研究》等科技著作,全国统编教材《农业资源信息系统》副主编。主讲博士学位课程《遥感信息模型》。目前正在主持国家自然科学基金项目“不同氮素水平的水稻高光谱诊断机理与方法研究”(40171065/D0117)、“天然草地牧草营养成分的高光谱遥感机理与估算模型研究”(30371018/C02030102);国家“863” 子课题“水稻和油菜标准波谱数据的收集与测试”课题((2002AA130010,2002-2004年)和 “水稻品质遥感监测研究与应用”(2002AA243011, 2001-2005年);科技基础性工作专项“区域农业资源环境基础数据与作物高光谱遥感数据”。
